THE ZOOMTRAX PROCESS™ experience is based on the same dynamics as the DesignShop® process. However, issues managed during this event are of a narrower scope than what is addressed in the DesignShop Process. ZoomTrax Processes are particularly valuable to department heads and project managers. Like DesignShops, they take the waste out of the standard design, development, and decision-making process, leaving time for dynamic collaboration and design engagement by all members of the team. Participants leave in action with accountabilities and ownership for success. ZoomTrax Processes are one to two day events. The number of participants range from 15 to 40.
